The Research on the Compulsory Education of the Resources Allocation between the Urban and Rural Regions in China
The balanced development of the urban and rural areas is closely bound to the allocation of the resources. Since the compulsory education has been carried out for over 20 years, the allocation of the educational resources between the urban and rural is still an important problem which remains unsolved. Although in 2008, the tuition fee has been released to some extent, there is still a severe unbalanced phenomenon in the faculty and staff, educational outlay and the basic establishments. The educational fairness hasnt been achieved until now. Based on the perspective of the public policy, this article analyzes the systematic reasons according to the educational data and tries to propose some suggestions toward the actual problems.
