The New Way of Urbanization in China—Based on Analyzing Replacement of Rural Residence Patterns of Huaming Town in Tianjin, China
The purpose of this paper is to analyze several modes for urbanization. By comparison, in order to find a new mode that can overcome the drawbacks pf various modes and in accordance with the reality of Tianjin. Methods adopted in this paper include comparative analysis and empirical study. The result indicates that the method of replacement of rural residence has a lot of advantage thing that can be study in the future, such as the method of how to make money, social security, land transaction and so on. It is concluded that replacement of rural residence can not only solve the problem of farmland but also can provide land to develop the economic. It works on how to achieve the production of space. So it is an innovative model.
