Research on the Urgent Interference into the Market By the Government under the Framework of Accountability—In the Instance of Tackling the International Financial Crisis by the U.S.A. and Chinese Government

An important character of the world today is economic globalization. Economic globalization proposed the law of adaptive proposition. In 2008, facing the international economic downturn, governments have had different levels of economic intervention. Business Law is nominal in U.S.A., Chinas response to international financial crisis showed that the law adaptive had the localization and individual differences. This paper analyzed the current financial crisis and U.S.A. governments intervention and the legal background. The styles of China and the United States government coping with the crisis were reviewed, and the author compared the differences and the similarities of the two countries deal with the financial crisis. Inspirations from U.S.A.s response to the crisis, Chinese government should focus on the accountability framework of government intervention in the market, complete control, and regulation-based construction of the basic legal system.
