Study on Mechanisms of the Executive Power Running in the Sun

摘要：

During the process of the administrative power running at present, there are still several problems such as closed decision-making power operation, low level of information disclosure, imperfect public participation mechanism, lack of effective oversight and accountability mechanisms and other issues, causing the public discontent and decreasing the government credibility. By designing the mechanisms of open procedures, it is to be normalized and restricted the implementation of the governments norm-setting power, the law enforcement power and the administrative relief power. Fully using the network characteristics of information sharing, public opinion supervision mechanism should be established and improved, and further strengthening the legislation of the executive power monitoring mechanisms, so as to play an effective role in monitoring and disciplining the executive power running.
