Thinking on Public Safety Issue Caused by Drunk Driving in China
Since August 15,2009 Ministry of Public Security launched against the phenomenon of drunk driving, the number of drunk driving has been declined. According to Ministry of Public Security Traffic Control Substatistics, the amount of accidents involving alcohol severity was in the first place among all various types of accidents. To control drunk driving has become the focus of traffic management. Drunk driving has caused frequent public safety events and it has become a serious threat to peoples lives and security of property. The government should take urgent and effective measures to crack down on illegal violation of this vicious phenomenon, for the peoples work, life and safety, harmonious environment as well. According to the case that government taking effective control of multiple drunk driving, this paper analyzes the reasons why drunk driving causes the offending phenomenon frequently and identifies the roots of drunk driving. This paper also proposes the countermeasures about drunk driving for reference.
