Study on Cyber Political Interactive Incentive for Public Departments

摘要：

Now the cyber politics has become a social focus. In the construction and operation of the public departments incentive mechanism, the cyber polities special interactive promotion on public departments has attracted more and more concerns. As a new incentive means, cyber politics has played a bigger role with its negative incentive and external encouragement with better constraint and interaction compared with traditional incentives. It is helpful for encouraging the public departments and staff. However, the incentive of the cyber politics can be effectively displayed not only in dependence on the construction of cyber political culture, cyber tendency, etc. but also in the building of a brand new cyber politics incentive model, making the public department, cyber media platform and the public become interactive and improving the public organizational incentive mechanism.
