A Study on Mass Incidents and Government Management System

摘要：

Along with the reform of Chinas social system in the past years, various kinds of social contradictions and conflicts have occurred during Chinas transition from traditional society to a modern one. One of the serious social issues is the mass incident which disrupts social orders and stability, challenges governments administration and further deepens the internal contradictions among the people. This essay is trying to analyze root causes, characteristics, influence, actuality and evolution of mass incident, thereby providing a reference of responding strategy for the government to improve its management system.
