A Study on Comprehensive Law Enforcement in City Management in China

摘要：

Comprehensive law enforcement in city management originates from the demand from market reform, administrative streamlining and administrative punishment on improved jurisdiction, with the aim to solve the disordered behavior in administrative enforcement in the city management field. The Law of the Administrative Punishment incorporates concentrated punishment into the practice by laws, and the comprehensive law enforcement represents the integration of administrative allocation rights and reform of the government agencys comprehensive administrative law enforcement system.
