The Status, Defects and Trends of Social Intermediary Organizations Human Resource Management

Social intermediary organization plays an increasingly important role in social management in China, of which human resource management is an important research perspective. There are many scholars participate in the study of public human resources management currently, but the research pays little attention on human resource management of social intermediary organization, and many problems exist. Based on the status of current research and analysis of defects, this paper is to propose the trends of the social intermediary organizations human resource management.
