An Empirical Study on Network Crisis Information Affecting Government Emergency Decision-making
Network crisis information is an indispensable reference for government to make scientific and effective crisis decisions. Through the questionnaire survey and analysis of variance, this thesis studies the effect differences among different kinds of network crisis information impacting government emergency decision. The empirical results show that, (1) the government crisis decision based on government information is significantly more effective than based on media information and netizens information, and the government decision based on media information is more effective than based on netizens information; (2) the government decision made in pre-crisis stage is significantly less effective than in post-crisis stage and crisis breaking stage; (3) the government decision based on portal site informaiton is significantly more effective than based on forum information and instant communication information.
