On E-government in the Region of Western China—Strategic Choice Based on SWOT Analysis

With the advent of information age, the network as the core of information technology in human development processes plays an increasingly important role. E-government construction in western China is directly related to the level of economic and social development in the region and the countrys overall development progress of implementation of the strategy. In this paper, SWOT analysis, our Egovernment on the current strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and challenges facing the analysis presented in this Western based on the E-government strategy for the construction of SO-WT.
