The Research of Speech Right on the Internet about the Internet Violence

摘要：

As the widespread of the Internet in china during recent 20 years, we have not only gained the achievement of social productivity and economic development, but also some problems have been incurred. The Internet has become an important medium for information communication. Meanwhile, its a prime platform for people to express their opinions and participate in government policy making. Due to the anonymity and interactivity of internet, the public opinions on the Internet, which has broad influence and agitation, is the epitome of social public opinions. The Internet violence has derived from the public opinion on the Internet recently, although it is a kind of important form of public speech right. Owing to netizens easy access and proficiency of internet, media put benefit on the first place, and the incomplete government management, the Internet violence becomes more and more severe. Thus, we need to focus on the essence of the right to speak on the Internet, and then to search out the precautionary measures of internet violence through the interactions among netizens, media and government.
