A Strategic Research into the Development of China Telecoms Operating Channels in the 3G Era
In the 3G era, China Telecom is supposed to research and to probe into new techniques, new characteristics and consumers preferences and to adopt unique operating channels thereby gaining competitive advantages. The operating channels of China Telecom mainly include four types: direct selling channels, physical channels, electronic channels and social channels. In the future, China Telecom must introduce creative marketing methods and channels from other industries in the business of 3G thus to form a diversified and comprehensive channel network in which information is unimpeded.
