How Local Governments Deal with Cyber Triggered Public Events in China

With the continuous deepening of reform and openingup, new problems and new conflicts continue to increase. Incidents of social groups have shown an upward trend. Complying with the requirements of the Central Party Committee, local governments should pay high degree of attentions to the prevention and resolution of community events and effectively make it and ease the development of many events. There is one area of mass incidents that do not attract enough attention, although it is not very sharp now, it will develop rapidly with great impact. That is cyber triggered public events. Cyber triggered public events has some features; local governments should pay full attention to it, and explore the reasons for it and work positively and effectively.
