The Cause Analysis of Farmers Collective Petition from the Prospective of the Rural Grassroots Governance

With the continuous increase of China reform strength and adjustment of the pattern of interests, the society suffered kinds of new problems, new situations and new contradictions. Among them, the Farmers Collective Petition showed a high tendency, which had become one of the most important factors affecting social stability. The event recently happened that Zhuanghe fanners collective kneeling to mayor for help aroused much more social impact. Although all kinds of Farmers Collective Petition have different direct cause, its rooted causes all lies in Grass roots. This paper arms to study on the root cause for farmers continuously Collective Petition based on the perspective of governance of the rural grass roots in three aspects. Thats alienation of rural grassroots democracy; alienation of the rural public power in exertion; deviation of farmers political awareness about rural grassroots governance
