To Construct Personnel Appraisal Indicator System Based on Complex Network Model
To construct a reasonable personnel appraisal indicator system is important for promoting the scientific and informational level of human resource management. This study introduced complex networks model to upgrade the efficiency of personnel appraisal indicator system from three aspects: (1 ) using grid technique to extract core indicators of personnel appraisal system, to make this process more logical; (2) introducing complex networks to describe the characters of the intrinsic correlation between indicators, to compare the relative importance of indicators in order to determine their weights; (3) using the affiliation network to aggregate indicator score of individual member and group, so as to provide important basic information for human resources management.
