Constructing Public Satisfaction Evaluation System of the Government Information Service
The final intention of Local Government Information Service is providing social public for information service and satisfying their information demand. As the service producer, the government should enhance Information Service Public Satisfaction. The key of realizing Public Satisfaction and improving the quality of Government Information Service and enhancing Public Satisfaction is exploring the evaluation method of Local Government Information Service Public Satisfaction. The thesis consults the theory of Customer Satisfaction, constructs Local Government Information Service Public Satisfaction Index Model, and takes a case for example to validate the rationality and feasibility of the model.
