Framework Design for the E-government Personalized Service System in China

摘要：

The ultimate objective of E-government should be designed to make the government respond to and satisfy the diverse needs of the people more quickly and more directly. By implementing the personalized service system, the adjustment of the E-government architecture should be made. This paper, based on the E-government information system integration framework and secure data exchange, puts forward the hierarchical E-government personalized service framework mainly composed of basic components and modules and then further analyzes the working functions of the key components/modules. These results shall provide a technical support to the Egovernment personalized service systems implementation.
