To Build a Service-oriented Government with Chinese Characteristics from the Perspective of New Rural Construction
The 17th congress of CPC had put forward the goal of building a service-oriented government. Building a service-oriented government with Chinese characteristics is the inexorable choice for governmental reform and development, as well as the essential requirement of establishing a well-off and harmonious socialist society. The large rural population is a national condition of China, so the establishment of a new socialist countryside is an arduous and long-term task. Therefore it is essential to combine the construction of the service-oriented government with the new socialist rural construction. Building the service-oriented government with Chinese characteristics from the perspective of new rural construction truly suits Chinas national reality, which is also in line with the laws of social development. This paper mainly aims at discussing the relationships between the two, and the importance of building a service-oriented government with Chinese characteristics from the perspective of new rural construction.
