The Research on Civil Service Examination Evaluation Mechanism of China

摘要：

Civil service examination is the key link of the civil servants selection, which is of great significance. This paper extracts the relevant content of the examination evaluation from the civil service examination studies, finds out the theoretical and practical foundation of the mechanism establishment, analyzes its existing problems in the system, technical and executive level, and excavates main causes of the problems, simultaneously analysises and discusses its systematic construction by referring relevant theories especially the public sector human resource management theory, in order to give some enlightenment on improving the civil service examination.
