Reflections on Creating the System of Professional Joint Examination in Liaoning Province to Promote Graduates Employment
The problem of graduates employment in Liaoning Province mainly consists in Structural Unemployment, the former policies were always against the emergency, which can be defined as downstream intervention that has some weakness like hysteresis and passivity, etc. This paper believes the government should enhance the upstream intervention in the problem, and makes a suggestion of establishing a system of professional joint examination in Liaoning Province, which includes such specific measures: creating the test center, determining the content of examination, organizing the examination, releasing the information of examination and participating in the professional construction of universities. The paper also puts forwards some countermeasures against the problems that may occur.
