Network public opinion has undoubtedly become a voice which shall not be ignored in our real life. For this reason, this paper aims to analyze the limitations of network public opinion and introduce some considerations on the basic attitude as well as basic rules the government shall uphold when it responds to network public opinion, for the purpose of providing some suggestions to the government to perfect its governance capability in the context of network public opinion.
