Research on Emergency Information Disclosure Based on Government Micro-Bo—Take Chinas First Provincial Government Micro-Bo Micro-Bo Yunnan as an Example

摘要：

In the American presidential campaign in 2008, microBo Twitter helped Obama win more support and Twitter became popular then. Many countries rolled out official micro-Bo in succession to enable commutation between government officials and the masses of the people. In China, Micro-Bo Yunnan created in November, 2009, as the first systematic government micro-Bo in China, is an icebreaking attempt in the field of information disclosure for the governments and officials. From the standpoint of information spreading and with the method of content analysis, this thesis strives to study and demonstrate that micro-Bo is not only beneficial for information disclosure and transparency but is a channel for information disclosure and a monitor platform for public sentiment.
