A Study on Government Guidance Mechanism of Network Crisis Information Dissemination
As China is in the stage of socio-economic transition at present, various types of public crisis incidents frequently break out. Moreover, with the rapid development of network technology, as well as the improvement of China Netizens political awareness, large amounts of public crisis information are widely and rapidly disseminated in the network. If the large amounts of crisis information get out of control and guidance, immeasurable negative effects as the social burden will greatly hinder the economic development. Therefore, how the government effectively to guide the network dissemination of public crisis information becomes a hot issue to challenge the public administration. For effectively dealing with the issue, this thesis analyzes the causes of producing network crisis information, explores the principium of the network dissemination of public crisis information, and then through combining the current situation of China government guiding network crisis information dissemination, proposes a government guidance mechanism of network crisis information dissemination, which is based on the governments real-time monitoring and rapid response over network crisis information, sets establishing public trust as its goal, relies on building the third-party organizations for implementing effective communication between government and network media and constructing network platform of crisis information consultation for realizing effective communication between government and Netizens, and regards strictly investigating the accountability of network crisis information illegal dissemination and evaluating government guidance performance as the strategies.
