The Public Opinion Guidance in Coping with the Emergency under the Influence of News Media in China

摘要：

News media shows more and more important influence in coping with the emergency, and the public opinion guidance in crisis also promotes each part of the society . Nevertheless, as a social communicational behavior, the formation and the orientation of public opinion which depends upon the request of the society receive the artificial control and guidance. On the other side, because of its limitation, news media brought lots of negative influences on the society, thus raised peoples worries about the public opinion system in the news media era. Based on all of them, this article tries to interpret and discuss the possibility of the construction of this system from a human and synthetic view.
