Construction of Effective Communication Paths between the Government and the Public in China

摘要：

The society is in crises time. Social Transformation and the uncertainty and complexity of natural environment Jwve turned the focus of our research from what will happen to how to happen. In this paper, the current communication problems between the government and the public in public crises are analyzed, and this paper proposes the ways and strategies to resolve these issues, through stressing the importance of a variety of paths for information communication and dissemination, for the purpose of constructing a democratic government, establishing and maintaining the Governments good image.
