Grasp the Key Segment: Reflection on Industrialized Consolidation of Non-profit Organizations

Compared with the complete governmental supervision, sound legal and financial system and dense charity atmosphere that support the non-profit organizations in developed countries in Europe and America, the non-profit organizations in China are still at a turning point of improving self-organizational capability and waiting for a mature social environment. According to analysis by professional institutions and scholars, a consensus is basically reached that the main factor restricting the development of NPO in China is the lack of transparency, which leads to low public trustworthiness and inefficient organization and management. However, the improving of organizing and managing level, as well as the clarity of strategy, needs the effort of NPO itself on one hand. On the other hand, confronting the status quo that the public, government and private enterprises can only supply limited resources, Industrialized Consolidation is a desirable choice. As to the value conflict between Industrialized Consolidation and individual NPO, the core is to take hold of the key segment that contributes to the operation of organization.
