The Practicality and Feasibility of Four Plus Two Working Method—Based on Management of Participatory Democracy

摘要：

The core concept of participatory democracy is civil participation, which holds that making public policies and handling public affairs should be done through discussion and consultation with citizens. Four plus Two working method as a rural democratic management methods, in essence it means to expand the participation of farmers, which in turn can make them become the decision-makers and implementers of grassroots public affairs, therefore Four plus Two working method is practical and feasible.
