Discussion on the Evolution of a New Type of Industrial Organization—The Energy-intensive Industrial Cluster

摘要：

The energy-intensive industrial cluster comes to form based on the relationship of eco-industrial chain mainly among the four industries of metallurgical industry, chemical industry, building material industry and thermal power industry under the situation of circular economy construction. As a new type and special industrial cluster, there are some differences between it and a general industrial cluster. Thus, it should be studied to complement the industrial cluster theory. The concept, forming cause, developing mode, feature of network organization and evolving trend are discussed primarily here. It is wished to attract more attention from the academic circles, and it is positive to direct the pillar industries in the central and west part of our country to progress scientifically and healthfully.
