Study on the Improvement of Information Publicity System in Chinese Governments Emergency Management

摘要：

In recent years, with the consideration of Chinese societys transformation and the boom of public emergencies, emergency management has become a serious problem with which Chinese government must tackle without hesitation. Hence, our government has been paying more and more attention on this issue as well as the information publicity system in government. The paper intends to reveal the defects in our information publicity system in government on the basis of the theory of the openness of government information and the practice of information publicity system in governments emergency management. Furthermore, some countermeasures from the macroscopic view and the microcosmic view will be provided to improve the system.
