Studying on Human Essence in the Social Management

摘要：

Human essence is the core problem of human nature, people is starting point and final destination of social development and management ,who is the human the highest social purpose. If you want to promote better human comprehensive development in the economic and social development, urban and rural development, you must profound understanding human nature. In the certain period of social development we leam people, specially learn human nature on the specific social organizations, which is the important theory basis to promote social development and realize human development. Human nature which based on the practice is various attribute of dialectical unity.
