Exploring the Mass Incidents under the Guidance of Government Information Publicity—Take the NanKang Event as an Example

In recent years, with the continuous deepening of social reform and transformation, the number of mass incidents increases. The deteriorating nature of mass incidents brings the government management an enormous impact and influence. In the context of this reality, the Government needs effective management, to fully achieve government information Publicity. It makes great significance on the handling of mass incidents. This article take the Nankang event as an example; by analysis the inner link between colony event and government information publicity, and based on government information public perspective; to promulgate the cause which the Nankang event produces by machine-made vacancy and law deviates from the norm. Simultaneously, proposed the corresponding practice stratification plane and the legal stratification plane dealing with strategy.
