Studies on Enzyme Activities of Xiangwei Mushroom under Temperature Press
The studies on enzymic activities of Xiangwei mushroom under temperature press found that amylase and purocatechase activities got the highest value in the second day, cellulose activities got the biggest in the first day under cold stress (10 ℃) condition. While amylase activities got the highest value in the second day, cellulose activities got the highest in the third day, and purocatechase activities got the highest value in the first day under 28 V. In additional, amylase activities got the highest value in the second day, cellulose activities got the highest in the first day. So do purocatechase activities did under heat press (37 °C) condition. All these enzymes got highest activities under 28 V.
