Identification of S-genotypes and Genetic Analysis of Chinese New Pear Variety Jinzhuguo
By genomic PCR and sequence analysis, Jinzhuguo pear was genotyped as S3S19. In order to research the genetic relationship about Jinzhuguo , 10 pear cultivars were used as materials to analyze their genome polymorphism by 1SSR markers. 10 tested materials were divided into 3 groups. The first group included Jinzhuguo, Huangxian Changba, Liuyuesu, BinxianLaoyisheng, ZhangyeChangba, Daxiangshui. The second group included France, while the third group included Wakahikari, Kisui, TaianChangba. The research result revealed that tested pear cultivars were almost classified into Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd , P.pyrifolia Nakai , P.communwas Linn respectively. But local wild breed Jinzhuguo of P.pyrifolia Nakai was classified into P. bretschneideri, however, the local cultivar TaianChangba of P. bretschneideri was included in P.pyrifolia. The analytic result offered scientific basis on right classification of different pear breeds, and provided theoretical basis on hybrid cultivation and genetic improvement.
