Study on the Conversion Method of the Function of Expo Green Space between the Inter-expo and Post-expo
Expo Green Space has different land properties and functional requirements. Therefore, an effective solution to the functional conversion of Expo green space between the inter-expo and post-expo is essential to obtain the success in the post-use of Expo green space. In this paper, in order to achieve the sustainable utilization of Expo green space, it described the methods to achieve the conversion of the function of Expo green space between the interexpo and post-expo from three aspects, such as Expo green space system planning, specific planning of Expo green space and detailed design of Expo green space, by taking the green-space of Shanghai World Expo as an example. Firstly, the green-space of Shanghai World Expo was divided into two types: one was permanent green space and the other was temporary green space. Secondly, two kinds of technical index system were developed for the inter-expo and postexpo of Shanghai World Expo green space. Lastly, detailed design of expo green space was considered from four aspects, such as water system treatment, road and its pavement, landscape facilities and landscape materials.
