To Maintain the Authenticity and Integrity of the Scenic Resources--Discussion on the Issues of Planning and Construction of Chinaese National Park
The current deep-seated problems on Chinese national park planning which face an urgent need to be resolved are the lack of correct understanding of the relationship between the protection and development of national park, the confusion of the difference among national park planning, forest park planning and natural reserve planning and making national park planning equivalent to the general tourist area planning and the national park urbanization problems based on the concepts of urban planning. Based on the above problems, this paper analyzes in details and gives some suggestion. 3S (GIS, GPS, RS) technology should be used in national park planning, and to maintain the authenticity and integrity of the scenic resources, a correct and scientific attitude should be established for the national park planning to avoid the Chinese national park into creative destruction, recovery, destruction cycle because of constructive damaged, and achieve sustainable use of scenic resources.
