Research on Balance Problem of Heritage Preservation and Urban Development
Taking the landscape design of Hangzhou Fenghuangshan Road as an example, a demonstrative study on the three approaches of the balanced relationship between heritage preservation and urban development is made in this paper. Firstly, it refers to an ideological method of a comprehensive textual research and reasonable treatment on related historical information. Secondly, it mentions the working methods of multidisciplinary cooperation and brainstorm of different specialties. Finally, a combined method with functionally harmonious integration of protecting design and modern demand is talked. Therefore, an operation technique is proposed about the rational combination of the visual landscape requirement with reality demands such as urban traffic, economy, tourism and environmental protection.
