Analysis on Linkage Principle of Planning on Public Space in Qingdao Seaside Region
In recent years, with the rapid development of city economy and the range of peoples life being expanded constantly, there are more complicated functions in the public space of the seaside region. It is a good place for city residents to live and for travelers to visit. In addition, its the important node revealing the image of the city. Therefore, how to coordinate the relationship between the seaside region and the whole city is very important. Based on the principles of generality and particularity, the paper takes the sea region in Qingdao as the case so as to put forward the principle of linkage to be adopted in planning and design. It divides the seaside into four layers in order to realize the natural transition between sea and city, and by doing the individuality and characteristics of seaside region, it can be best represented on the premise of keeping the integrity of urban public space.
