Tissue Culture from Leaves of Camellia Leifera Superior Clones

The current-year leaves of Oiltea Camelia superior clones Van gulao 1th, Cha ling 77-4 and Cha ling 166 were selected as explants. Their growth status on the same induce medium MS+2.0mg.L2,4-D+1.0 mg.LKT were researched. The result showed the medium was more suitable to leaves dedifferentiation of Cha ling 77-4. At the same time, using orthogonal design, the influence on the leaves dedifferentiation and brown of Oiltea Camelia by different plant growth regulators and Vc were also studied. As a result, the differences exist but were not very striking by variance analysis based on the ratio of inducing and browning. Based on intuitive analysis, KT was more important. Through synthesis and balance, the best recipe of the culture medium was MS+3.0mg.L-1 2,4-D+ 1.5 mg.L-1KT+100 mgX-1 Vc
