Optimum Process for Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Chrysanthemum Morifolium Ramat.
The present paper is ported the method for extraction of total flavonoids from chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.(CM) by means of ultra high pressure extraction (UPE). By examining ethanol concentration, pressure and extraction time, the optimized condition of UPE was confirmed as ethanol concentration 75％, pressure 350 MPa, UHP time 5 min.The extractyiled of total flavonoids was 3.47 ％.The UHP was a suitable method for extraction total flavonoids from CM for it has higher yield and shorter extraction time.
