Effect of Adding Polyamines to Culture Medium on Grape Embryo Culture
In order to study the influence that different supplements to the grape embryo rescue. Using ovule of three combination progenies as testing materials which were 87-1×Jumeigui, Honey juice X Mars, Venus self-cross, and the effect of adding polyamine on the grape embryo rescue was studied. The results showed that the suitable concentration of polyamine in the medium could promote the development and germination of grape ovule, and putrescine effects were better than spermidine. The highest germination rates of ovules were 35.29％, 41.33％ and 57.32％ respectively when putrescine content was 0.50 g·L-1.
