Effects of C/N of Composts on Cultivation of Agaricus Bisporus
Cow manure and rice stalk were composted to produce Agaricus bisporus. The effects of different C/Ns (30: 1, 32.5: 1, 35: 1, 37.5: 1, 40: 1) of compost on cultivation of Agaricus bisporus was investigated to provide data for mass production of Agaricus bisporus in Northeast of China. The results showed that the compost with C/N ratio of 32.5:1 had higher composting temperature, shorter full growth time in the substrate(18d), shorter time of emergence of primordium (32d), higher biological efficiency (28.8%). Compost with C/N of 32.5:1 was recommended to be extended in mass production of Agaricus bisporus.
