The Role of External Application of Plant Growth Regulators on Pre-harvest Period of rose Poiso
Effects of different levels of gibberellic acid (GA3) (ISO, 200, 250 and 300 mg I1) and chlormequat (CCC) (500, 1000,1500 and 2000 mg I1) were compared with control plants (distillation water) Rosa hybrida poison in a randomized complete block design with three replications. Result showed that the effects of plant growth regulators on bud length, yield, fresh weight and flower stem height were significant, while were not significant on other characteristics. With regards to the results, application of 1500 mg 1 CCC and 200 mg I1 GA3 had a better effect on bud length (4.157 cm) and yield of cut flowers (192 yr m2), respectively. Using 300 and 150 mg I1 GA3 significantly influence on flower stem height (49.33 cm) and fresh weight (47.35 g) that better than in the control and other treatment, respectively.
