Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of rosa rxburghii tratt seed oil
The optimum process of extracting seed oil from rosa rxburghii tratt by supercritical CO2 was studied. The optimum extraction process was made by using L9(34) orthogonal design with extractive yield of seed oil as index, investigating the influence of pressure, temperature, extraction time and CO2 flow rate on yield. Optimum extraction conditions were that the pressure, temperature, time and CO2 flow for the maximum extraction was 35Mpa, 42 V, 130min, I3kg/h, respectively. The yield of seed oil was 11.6%..
