SIMULATION OF LOCAL MICROSTRUCTURE OF AMORPHOUS ALLOYS
We present a simulationof microstructure in amorphous system Cox Bioo-i, where x=90, 81.5 and 70. The problem of structural defects like large pores (vacancies) and several pores grouping in more complicated object have been determined and analyzed. Simulation result predict existence with significant concentration of structural defect in investigate systems. Other local characteristics such as coordination number, angle distribution also have calculated to give a new insight in structural inhomogenity of amorphous structure.
