SNAP-BACK POINT STUDY OF PWM MICRO-ACCELEROMETER
How to improve range and precision of the microaccelerometer is the hot-point problem to be studied in this present work. In this paper, the electromechanical dynamics model of PWM digital micro-accelerometer is established by electromechanical dynamics. The model is a nonlinear equation. A method, which this nonlinear equation is divided into two parts to become the linear equation, is put forward. By simulating and calculating under different parameters, the pulse-width occurs snapback, which is agree with the experiment. The reason, which the snap-back point affects the PWM micro-accelerometer range, is obtained, and followed by the condition of pulse-width lining with excitation acceleration. Fi-nally the result of accelerometer pulse-width lining with excitation acceleration is obtained.
