Research MethodsIn this paper, T-RFLP(Terminal Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism) combined with cloning Library Technology analyze riparian zone microbial community structure on wen yu river, and introduces Shannon Diversity index and Simpson Diversity index,to analyze the similarities and differences of the microbial community structure in water, sediment, offshore and distant shore.
