Assessment on the Feasibility of Electric Vehicles Widespread-use Program Based on AHP Model with Changeable Weighs

Background Nowadays, since global problems like energy crisis and climate change rise up, the issue of how to optimize the energy structure becomes increasingly significant and urgent. Electric vehicles (EV) are vehiclesrunning on batteries only which use mainly clean and renewable energy therefore can help reduce the use of fossil fuels and improve regional air quality. Compared with fossil fuel vehicles (FFV), the widespread of EV can in some extend helps ease the energy crisis and climate change. Meanwhile, there are also many disadvantages and risks to be recognized when promote the program. People doubt whether we widely use EV or not.
