The present paper is related to the numerical analyses carried out before the test on the Open Flap Assembly performed in the CIRA Plasma Wind Tunnel Scirocco in the frame of the EXPERT pre-flight experimental activities and to the subsequent numerical rebuilding of the test itself performed with an aero-thermal coupled approach.
