Study of the Combustion Organization Methods Effects on Performance of Ramjet
In this paper, the ramjet engine and its physics and chemical processes were simplified, and a quasi onedimensional method, taking combustion organization method as study object, was proposed to evaluate the performance of the engines combustor and nozzle. And the wall friction coefficients effect, which varied from 0 to 0.008, was taken into account. Results show that higher combustion mach number leads to poorer engine performance, and the volume of ramjet will be smaller if the combustion is organized at high subsonic.
